This licence applies to the download and use of Morphyre Free and/or Morphyre Personal

When you download Morphyre it is vital that you take the time to read this short licence carefully.

This Morphyre software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors (Pur3 Ltd) be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Before watching this visualization you must be aware that it contains flashing and fast-moving graphics that may cause epileptic fits or carry other health risks in a few cases. The authors will not be held responsible for this or any form of injury that arises from the use of this software.

The software for Morphyre Free and Morphyre Personal is for individual use only and is not to be used for any commercial purpose. If you wish to use Morphyre commercially, visit our website to purchase the Professional version.

When you install Morphyre you agree to allow Morphyre Visualization software to send anonymous usage information to Pur3 Ltd, and to download new scenes automatically from the internet.

Before purchasing Morphyre Personal you MUST ensure that Morphyre Free works on you computer and that you meet the minimum system requirements detailed in the ReadMe document and on our website. If you have not done so you will not be liable for a refund if the upgraded version does not work. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Morphyre Personal is unlocked through the purchase of an individual key (a unique combination of letters and numbers). It is illegal to use this key to unlock more versions of Morphyre Free than is required by individual usage. We reserve the right to disable any key which is being used to unlock more versions of Morphyre Free than is considered reasonable for individual use.

Permission is granted for the Morphyre Free installer package to be used and redistributed freely, subject to the following restrictions:

1. The origin and authorship of this software package must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the original software.
2. The software must not be reverse engineered in any way.
3. The free and personal versions of this software must not be used for any commercial purpose.
4. This licence may not be removed or altered.
5. You may not alter the Morphyre software, by removing scenes that contain advertising or otherwise.
