About Us

Gordon is the Founder and Director of PUR3 Ltd. He has been creating visuals since he was a teenager, including the popular R2 and R4 systems.

R4 has been downloaded by over 1.4 million users and the professional version has been used in nightclubs and music venues across the world: from the States to Spain, from Glastonbury to Glasgow, and at a Ministry of Sound New Year's event at the O2 in London. Click Here to visit the R4 website.

Gordon studied computer science at Cambridge University and has since done a huge variety of graphics related contractual work including work for Lloyds of London and most recently for Nokia on the N900, while continuing his work on the Visuals Systems

When he's not working on creating visuals, Gordon can normally be found under his car or up a hill somewhere, enjoying the views.

John is the leading scene author for the popular Winamp visualization, MilkDrop. He's also owner of www.milkdrop.co.uk - the MilkDrop Resource. Contributor/artists/programmer in many of the visualizations for Winamp. Visualization moderator & expert on the Winamp forums & plug-in reviewer on the Winamp site.

Also an established VJ (Rovastar) who has played visuals throughout the world.

Marianne met Gordon hiking in the Lake District. She now helps out as the tester and aesthetics adviser for Morphyre, creating most of the colour schemes and working on the website and marketing side of things.

Marianne studied English Literature at Cambridge, but she is now off to study law in London, reserving some of her spare time for managing emails and comments from Morphyre users and working on the new website!
